Before Yor Health, I just knew I had to make a change. After my last 2 babies, I lost myself. I wasn’t comfortable in my body anymore. I took other products but just wasn’t seeing good results.
When I got started, I was taking 1 Probiotic and 1 Repair in the mornings. 2 Super Slims before before my shake (2 scoops of vanilla, 1 scoop Fiber, 1 scoop Super Green OR 2 scoops vanilla and 1 Berry Blast). For lunch, I had a chicken salad with little dressing followed by 1 Digest and 2 Vitamins. For dinner I had 1 shake ( 2 scoops of vanilla OR 2 scoops of chocolate). Everything was a lot easier because the shakes tasted so great! Honestly, I worked out 30 min every day for the first 2 weeks. Then I only had time to do a 10 min ab workout. Then I was only able to do 10 min abs every other day. There’s no excuses, I should of worked out more. I noticed I was having real natural energy through out the days. I could really feel the difference in my body. I did have some bad days but the pounds continued to fall off. I was amazed and excited!
Now sitting at 122 pounds, it just blows my mind! I can’t believe I lost 19 pounds in 8 weeks!!! Now I’m excited to tone up! Because of Yor Health, I’ve changed physically and mentally but most importantly, my lifestyle has changed. I wouldn’t change anything, but maybe started with a bigger package.
