My name is Keina Blia Vang. I'm a mother of 3 and before I started the challenge, I weighed in at 145 lbs. I decided to take the YOR Health challenge because I noticed my body wasn't feeling at its best. My body felt heavy and I found it difficult to perform everyday tasks, such as walking up the stairs and bending over to reach for things. I had tried other weight loss products but none of them really worked out for me.
