Estoy pesando casi lo mismo que antes, pero sigo bajando en tallas, ya los pantalones talla 32 me estan quedando grandes, he estado yendo al gimnasio y he subido peso en musculo y he bajado peso en grasa, he estado usando el MRP y las enzimas dijestivas, y aveces un poco de Repai cuando estoy muy embarado del ejercico,
estoy llendo 5 dia a la semana al gimnasio, y he estado adquiriendo fuerza y condicion fisica, ahora siento que lo que me falta es mejorar mi alimentación, porque al hacer ejercico me da mucha mas hambre y si no cuido lo que como no se ven tanto los resultados como yo quisiera.
