Hello Everyone! My name is Chee Chang. Before the challenge I had already lost a total of 20 pounds over one year. I’ve always been a chubby girl and it never really bother me until shortly before starting college. I got a gym membership and went to the gym and tried to eat healthier but it would only last as long as I don't lose motivation & keep it up. It’s been about four years now since I got a gym membership but I didn’t take working out seriously up until November of 2015 with certain things changing in my life. I realized that I needed to take better care of myself physically as well as mentally. I needed to make myself a priority and love myself more. I needed to make a change to feel better and be better, to be the best of me that I could be. Since then with eating healthy, I've lost around 20 pounds. After losing the weight I struggled to lose more and my weight will fluctuate.
Starting off with this challenge I purchased the best body set. I wanted to make another change and see if this was going to help me not to only lose more weight but to better my body a whole. It had all I needed to get me started on not only the challenge alone but to kickstart my healthy lifestyle change. The heaviest weight I've been at was 162 pounds and I never want to go back to being there again. My starting weight for the challenge was at 143 pounds. My goal was to lose around 10- 15 pounds but I found it more difficult than I thought it was going to be. With a few difficulty in the beginning of the challenge I had to make a few adjustments with my regimen. I think it was due to the fact of starting something new that my body was new to and it had to adjust. I had problems with my digested area. Keeping on track with the challenge was also difficult since that period of time wasn’t the best for me to stay focused but I had to make it work. I would like to think that I finished up my challenge on a strong note, even though I wasn’t able to lose all the weight I intended to lose, I did slim and tone up. Being on this weight loss journey, I realized that it is easier for my body to slim down and be toner than it is to lose pounds. I think I gained a good amount of muscle mass overall while losing some fat in my tummy area and in other places. Although I didn’t lose all the weight I wanted too, I think I look a lot better than when I started off with the challenge, with that being said I’m happy with the results that the products had helped me with.
