Hello, my name is Lee. I've struggled with my weight for 10 years. After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism 10 years ago, I started gaining weight and nothing I had done helped me loose the weight and/or keep it off.

I decided to do the 8 week challenge to help jumpstart my weight loss and become healthier. After reading so many successful stories and meeting actual people who had success with the products, I decided it was worth a try.

These are the products I used everyday. Probiotics, slims, vitamins, digest, repair, vanilla and chocolate shakes, fibers and super greens.

I lost 6 lbs the first week, but after that my weight lost slowed to about a lb a week. Even with that, it's more then what I would normally loose because of my hypothyroidism. I excised 2-3 times a week doing moderate walking.

I have to admit that any diet is hard, especially if there are people around you that are not doing the diet too. It's easy to fall off track. I think YOR health products are great in that it works around your lifestyle as well as is its own diet plan.

This is a great jumpstart for me and I'm going to keep going forward. I'll see you all again.
