Hi Yor health family, my name is See Chu. I’m a hard working mother of 4, full time employee and going to school full time. I’m pursuing my MBA and this is my 2nd year. It’s a lot of work but I am able to juggle this. I’m almost done so I have to keep going. I really love Yor health products because it’s helped me with my digestive systems and helps me gain the energy I need in my busy schedule. I work 10 hours days and still manage to squeeze in 2 hours of gym time and complete my homework for school.

My daily regime that I do is wake up at 3:00 am and take 2 Yor probiotics and 2 Yor repair ultra, arrive to work because I work an hour away, I would take 2 Yor super slim, then wait 30 mins to drink my chocolate shake, which is 2 scoops of Yor shake and take 2 vitamins. I would snack on fruits or veggies until it’s close to 11:30 am, take 2 Yor super slim. Eat lunch at noon; lunch normally consists of lean meat like chicken breast, beef and salmon. I usually weigh that to 4oz. Then I would also have a side of steamed veggies. I normally eat steamed green beans, asparagus or broccoli. I normally weigh that out to 4oz. as well. I would take 2 Yor essential vitamins and 2 Yor digest ultra with my meal. Then for snack I would do 1 scoop of Yor Super greens and 2 scoops of Yor fiber plus. After work I would go to the gym and work out for 2 hours. After workout, I would take 2 Yor super slim, wait 30 min. and take 2 scoops of Yor shake with 2 vitamins. Before going to bed I take 1 Yor probiotics and 1 Yor repair ultra.

I love how I feel. I feel great and energized! Before I started it was hard for me to lose the weight and have the energy to work out. I was always at 112 lbs. and would never seem to lose that or gain any muscle mass. Now I’m currently at 105 lbs. I was able to reach my targeted weight but I can see I have gained muscle on my arms and legs. I can also see that I have improved tremendously around my abdominal area. I’m very happy and pleased and will continue using these products!
