En este reto comienzo hacer una rutina diferentre con el detoxlb, haciendo ayunos primero de 12 horas y aumentendo cada semana 2 horas mas de ayuno rompiendo el ayuno primero con supergreen con yor fibra y a la hora con yor shake que en lo personal me encanta la de chocolate y después con una comida a base de proteína y ensaladas verdes acompañada de yor digest ultra terminado para cerra la ventana comiendo algo de carbohidratos y por ultimo otra yor shake, con el nuevo detoxlb se me hace mas sencillo y utilizando los bare oils de cítricos, el ir viendo resultado me da mas autoestima me siento mejor mas comodo con mi cuerpo y mi ropa ya no me queda tan ajustada jajajaj. gracias a toda la familia Yor por el apoyo nos vemos en el próximo reto...
