Me siento feliz de haber concluido con este reto de 8 semanas. En Diciembre tuve la oportunidad de estar de viaje durante 3 semanas, y el resultado de estar fuera casa y no hacer ejercicio, fue subir 4 kilos.

En enero que regrese me sentí frustrada por ver que la ropa me apretaba y uno jeans no me cerraban. Decidí inscribirme junto con mi esposo que también ocupaba bajar de peso.

Así que comencé a hacer ejercicio 2 veces a la semana hasta llegar a hacer 5 veces a la semana. Hago ejercicios como caminar, yoga para principiantes y cardio, el tiempo varia dependiendo de como este mi día de actividades, hago de 30 minutos a 1 hora

Los productos que tome fueron: una gota de aceite esencial de limón en un taza de agua tibia en las mañanas, un repair también al despertar. Y cada noche la MRP de chocolate o vainilla, los intercalo porque los dos saboreas me fascinan.

Ahorita me siento feliz de estar en mi peso nuevamente y motivada a seguir bajando mi porcentaje de grasa para lucir súper bien en la primavera y verano.
