Before the second cycle of the challenge, I weighed in at 228 pounds, and have now dropped an additional 14 pounds over the 8 Week Challenge. I took at least two CompleteBurn capsules everyday, along with the Fiber Plus and SuperGreens to help me get through the days and times when I've really wanted to over eat. I exercised everyday by walking to the gym and sometimes to work. When I could not go to the gym, I would routinely do push ups at home to continue strengthening my body.
