Hello My name is Sharon. My initial weight was 144kgs Now, after completing the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge I achieved my first goal, loosing 10kgs =)
I feel very happy for starting this stage of my life because I feel great after using the YOR Health products; like the YOR Shake, which I had 2 times a day, morning and night, and it is so good! The Chocolate one is my favourite. I had a YOR Digest Ultra capsule after my first meal usually around lunch time. I had a YOR Berry Blast before exercising and my super greens first thing in the morning. As far as exercise goes, I could've done more, But I am still proud of my efforts, Because this is the most I have ever invested in myself health wise! Ever.
I’m proud of the great change That not only I see but those close to me have seen. I am eager to complete my next 8 week challenge and see even better results. Heading into my next challenge I am looking forward to Zumba dancing, I feel inlove the first time I tried. Something to enjoy besides the usual gym workouts and group sessions something that I am still adapting to as I still feel nervous working out infront of others.
