Before YOR Health I wouldn't consider myself big or small. I was in between. During my high school years I started to gain a lot of weight because of my love for food. I ate even when I was full. It wasn't until college that I started to look at my health more. I always told myself that I lose weight when summer rolled around. I never did because I was lazy and really I didn't have any motivation to start losing weight.

The products that helped me to lose weight is the MRP and Complete Burn. I love these two products together because they give me energy throughout the day. It helps me to portion my meals during the day and I don't crave for food as much as I used to. I use the MRP to replace 2 meals a day and the Complete Burn 3 times a day plus a 15 minute workout.
