When I was first told about this cleanse I was very skeptical of it. It took me a few weeks before I did some research on intermittent fasting and decided I would finally bite the bullet and give it a go and I am definitely not regretting it. When I started the Go Green Cleanse I had already lost 12kg. I was finding it really hard to loose the last 7kg so I could reach my goal weight of 65kg. I stayed at the same weight for 4 months and no matter what I changed (diet and exercise) I could not kick any more weight. Through choosing to fast and making this lifestyle change I have not only managed to loose 5kg but tone up a lot more then what I thought.
For the first month of the Best Body 8-week Challenge, every morning I would have a glass of water, YOR supergreens with cold pressed apple juice and two-three scoops of YOR fiber plus with water. Every second morning I would add a drop of lemon essential oil into my supergreens. During the day if I felt hungry (this was only in the first 10 days) I would have a YOR berry blast (which taste amazing!) I now drink these when I need more energy. Before lunch and before dinner I would have a YOR digest ultra tablet and before bed a YOR probiotic ultra. Twice a week I would oil pull with the peppermint essential oil and coconut oil. After I worked out I had a GREAT protein with water. In the second month of the challenge I did this 6/7 days of the week.
I am finally at a stage where I feel comfortable with myself and how I look and I am not even going to worry about the last 2kg. My goal from now on is to tone up and continue to build on my confidence and happiness without worrying about the scales. Last week I even wore a bikini for the first time to the beach. It has been a great challenge and it is definitely a lifestyle I will continue to follow.
