As a existing customer, I started at 85kgs and was not happy where I was. I had been focusing on the 28day go green cleanse plus amino hydrate after CrossFit. Yes I am a crossfitter and do is every morning, sometimes even at night 5 - 6 days a week. Cleaned up what I was eating for my two meals, lunch and dinner I mean. Taking great.ful protein & amino hydrate after CrossFit, mid morning would have berry blast, super greens, fibre plus. Lunch will take digest ultra and vitamin same as dinner, in the afternoon I may have yor shake with fruit.
