My name is Kyle Wilson and I am a Yor health promoter. I decided to take up the Yor best body challenge to add a bit more size after losing 9.7 kgs on the Go Green cleanse four months ago. My starting weight was 76 kg and the end weight is 79 kg. Even though I've put on size I still feel very light on my feet and feel healthier than ever before thanks to Yor health products.
