l have always been an active person, and didn't worry about my weight. # years ago was diagnosed with breast cancer.
l now am all clear, but after having radiation and recovering from my ordeal l found l didn't have the energy like l had prior to being ill and my eating habits and the medication l'm taking caused me to gain weight so my body metabolism wasn't the same.
My son was talking to me about YOR health and a year later l joined up as l seen how healthy he was looking and how much energy he had.
I joined the YOR Health family over a year ago. Like everyone has a New years Resolution to lose weight, get fit, eat healthy l decided to join a gym which l have never been a member of. Last October l did the GO Green Cleanse/detox and lost 5kgs, and felt better about myself.
l had contemplated about doing the 8 week challenge but always talked myself out of it, so when l joined the gym l thought well now is the time to do it, so l did. l go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk regularly.
As my day starts at 5am I start the day with a drop of Bare Lemon oils in a glass of warm water
mid morning l have my YOR super green, YOR Fiber plus and YORberry blast. in the afternoon l have a YOR shake with fruit or yoghurt
with lunch and dinner l take YORdigest ultra, when l'm at the gym l drink Amino hydrate.
Before bed l take YOR probiotics ultra.
As l am in my early 50s l want to live a healthy life and want to avoid most of the symptoms you may get as you age.
