Hi! My name is Amanda. I am a store manager for an ice cream shop in Ohio. I work as a server part time. I am on my feet every day and surrounded by sweets. I had already been losing weight and lost 15lbs when my friend Mandy offered me some options with YOR to help what I am already doing. I started with yor digest and lemon oil. During the 8 weeks, I added ginger and grapefruit oil. I drink all 3 with water every day. This helped me lose 8 lbs. since I am on my feet every day, I need to take really good care of my body. This challenge helped me lose weight to make it easier on my knees, but also kept my immune system strong. I went to the gym 3 times a week running on the treadmill and alternating legs/arms weight days. I have knee dislocation problems on both knees. The more I weigh, the worse I get.
