Hola Familia YOR
Este es mi segundo reto terminado! Tengo un año tomando y usando los productos de YOR, no estaba del todo convencido de realizar otro reto pero pensé que es lo mejor y así inicie mi segundo reto.
Mi rutina diaria era en las mañana me iba a entrenar una hora solamente, a media mañana iniciar mis alientos con una medida de Super greens en combinación con Berry blast, simplemente delicioso.
Después shape 30 minutos antes de la comida. Durante mi comida me tomo Digest. De snack comía nueces, almendras o cacahuates, por la noche solo me tomaba YOR Shake de vainilla acompañado de Platano. Y antes de dormirme una cápsula de Probiotics y Repair.
Cada día que pasaba me sentía, mejor dicho, me siento mejor, con más energía y viendo cambios radicales en mi cuerpo.
En este reto no solo baje peso, si no también en medidas baje un aproximado de 10cm.
La grasa baje de 31.9% a 29.7%
El BMI de 33.4 a 31.1
