From 74.2 Kg to 65.2 Kg in 8 weeks.

When I first heard to talk about the BODY CHALLENGE I couldn't belive that the results were as aswame as I can see in my-self but the most important is how great I feel.

It took me like a year to make something with my weight.

In the last years I used to be the skinny guy with the belly hidden under his cloths. This make me feel uncomfortable despite a lot of people said that my weight was ok. My solution to this sad situation used to hide my overweight under my shirt and sweaters. This solution worked just for the opinion of the people around me. The painful true was that my belly was big. One day I just couldn't believe what I saw in front the mirror; my-self with a huge belly. Then I realized that my shirts were more tight and the problem wasn't the shirts, the problem was me. The truth was that I was destroying my health eating whatever I wanted without doing exercise, sleeping a very few hours daily, hidden my belly. It was normal for me to feel me tired and full of food. But this image in the mirror made me feel very bad for not paying attention in my daily habits which had driven me to this point; a skinny guy with a huge belly. Then I remembered that the body challenge could me help to achieve my goal as it does continuously with the challengers. The true is that I always see challengers with extraordinary results in just 8 weeks. So, I took the challenge to make something new: to change this very bad pattern, I decided to became a 8 weeks challenger.

Once I took the the decision to change and give something better to my-self; a better health and a new appearance. I started to commit my-self with a simple goal for the next 8 weeks: "To don't feel anymore uncomfortable with my body". I said: I'm going to lose 6 kg and to strive my-self to transform my body".

My goal was very clear and it was time to make a plan: to chose my supplements and my routine. My regime was:

6:00 a.m. I took YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra.

6:10 a.m my exercises:

I started walking by 30 minutes.
Then some push-ups
Next some abs
And finally some chair tricep dips

07:00 I took one capsule of YOR Super Slim.
08:00 I took YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of the breakfast.
13:00 I took two capsules of YOR Super Slim.
14:05 I took one capsule of YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of my lunch.
18:30 I took two capsules of YOR Super Slim.
19:30 I took one capsule of YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of my dinner.
21:55 I took YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra.

For six weeks this regime helped me to loose around 5 Kg. At this point I felt very happy with the results. I can't remember when was the last time that I felt "light". Feel me lighter puts a big smile in my face. To feel lighter is very hard to describe; what I can say it's that carrying less weight gives you more energy, agility and it's the best way to start the day. This feeling lasts all day long and gives me a positive attitude. I was so happy with this new lifestyle.

After six weeks, I looked my goal achievable. Because to loss 1 Kg in 2 weeks after loss 5 Kg in 6 weeks seems very easy. The big change in my mind was to don't take the breakfast till midday. So I modified my plan and I designed a new regime:

Morning training:

08:30 I took YOR SHAKE chocolate flavor
12:00 I took YOR Supergreens
12:15 I took YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of my breakfast
13:00 I took two capsules of YOR Super Slim
14:00 I took YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of my lunch
18:30 I took two capsule of YOR Super Slim.
19:30 I took YOR Digest Ultra with the first bites of my dinner
22:00 I took YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra


With this regime I lost 4 Kg in just 2 weeks which makes me feel happy after loosing 5 Kg.

This challenge changed my life in a lot of positive ways:

First of all I feel great, it's like wake up just to shine all day long.
I have a better attitude.
My digestion is fantastic.
I look my-self better than before, now is very nice to see myself in front the mirror. Now my abs started to show up under my old belly. This is something new in my life. When I was teenager I used to make a lot of exercise inclusive for a few months I was obsessed in get a six-pack but I couldn't even when I did like 2000 abs.

Having a schedule to train, to eat, to sleep; gave me the opportunity to do more things and achieve more.
I'm wearing old clothes that didn't fit me for a long time.
