My name is Ellen Palmer. I am a forty year old school teacher and mother of two miracle boys. My family lives in sunny, Southern California.
Having children had always been a dream of mine. When I was younger I imagined that one day I would be a mother of eight. What I was unable to imagine was the challenges I would face trying to have children. From 2006 to 2009 I lost three babies. Loosing my babies has been the most challenging thing I have ever had to face. Thank God I was not left there. My blessings were born three years apart almost to the date, and are now six and three.
This is where the best body challenge comes in and why I have committed to live a healthy lifestyle. Do the math, I am forty years old with a six and three year old. For many of my friends and family members, that are my age now, their children are either in high school or graduated. That's how my parents were, in their early 40s with all the kids out the house. This will not be the case for us. Knowing this we have committed to getting in and staying in shape.
For this challenge I have started my mornings off at 6:30am taking 2 Super Slim with 16oz of hot water, with a drop of ginger, a drop of fennel from the Bare Oil line, and 2 tsp of raw honey. This helps me with my digestive issues. Around 8:30am I drink a Supergreens with a serving of the Greatful protein mixed in. At 10:30 I drink a Berry Blast. I usually eat whole foods for three of my meals. I eat two separate snacks, each containing a fruit, a vegetables and a protein, one at 11am and another at 3pm. Lunch is always a chocolate MRP at 1pm. For dinner we always make it a point to eat as a family. Some common dinners you will find us eating are: chicken vegetable stir fry, tacos, breakfast for dinner, cheese burgers, pizza, steak and sweet potatoes. In addition to all the food I take in I make it a point to drink at least 105 ounces of water.
Along with the products we have also worked up to working out 3-4 days per week. We do interval training which we include: weightlifting two body parts, abs and a couple moves that work the heart each time.
The best body challenge and using the YOR Health supplements will stay a part of our lifestyle. We will keep using YOR Health because it ensures that we have the energy we need to be active parents for our boys. Now and in the future.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
