When I first started participating in 8 week Challenges, I did it because I was embarrassed about how much weight I had gained after playing basketball in college. I had tried so many different products without any success, I started to get discouraged. Then I went to get a checkup and had to fill out the "health history" and then it hit me. I had to check the Diabetes box for both of my parents.

That's when I decided that being healthy had to become a lifestyle, not something I do between holidays and before birthdays. This challenge I realized that it wasn't weight that I wanted to lose, it was bodyfat. Since I am sculpting I'm exchanging body fat for muscle. So I only lost 2 lbs, but 3% body fat which is awesome.

I took Probiotics in the morning upon Rising, the MRP for breakfast with multi-vitamins, Digest Ultra with any whole food meals I ate (2-3 times a day), SuperGreens as a snack mixed with BerryBlast, and repair after workouts. I also used an assortment of Essential Oils (Marjoram, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Pink Grapeftuit, Boost, and Lavender) for recovery, better sleep and energy!
