"My starting weight for this challenge was 170. Surprisingly to my, I actually ended up shedding off 5lbs in the process of the way i handled this challenge. I still stuck to my same gym routine except this time i actually did cardio every other day. Plus, the MRP, complete burn and probiotics, is what also really helped out. The protein from this meal replacement has definetly been helping me put on muscle for sure, everything i do is still bumping up in weight as im slimming down. I work out basically everyday,or i take a break on saturday or sunday. The routine is Bicep&Back on monday, Chest&Tricep on wednesday, and Legs&Shoulders on friday. Every Tuesday, thursday and sunday, I do cardio and abdonminals and i throw maybe another chest workout on saturday if im not tired. Basically the challenge has given me a way to keep organized of the way my body is and has gotten me more health conscious so ive learned alot through out the past few challenges. Even the fact that you have to put up after pictures is what gives me that push to not give up because i hate not being able to show people that ive been working hard. To go from being absolutely out of shape to being in the shape i am now, feels Amazing. Im proud of myself for never giving up in highschool to actually run out of my asthma, and if it wasnt for that i probably wouldnt be in the "Sculpt" Category. All i know is, every challenge, i will get leaner, stronger, faster, and better at what i do, so you guys better be ready to compete. Cycle 4, here i come!"
