Every morning I would take one repair ultra. one slim, one digestive before my A.M meal. Follow by 2 vitamins, 2 fish oils.
For my gym work out I used the Yor muscle energy, two scoops during my workout. As I tried this 8 week challenge twice I was never really motivated and had so many obstacles. I would start and never completed the challenge. This time around for the third time I am proud that I focused on eating clean. A great motivation was a 6,000 squats challenge I started for my self. Every day during the challenge I have done 100 squats, even on the days I couldn't make it to the gym. I attended the gym 4 times a week. On the first day of Spring I will be completing 6000 squats. The bare oils have helped with muscle tention and for my knees. Lavender, Frankincense.
Morning meal: 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, half a cup of oats with cinnamon and raisins.
After workout I took a vanilla MRP shake with cinnamon, and one banana.
Early snack will be 2 rice cakes with 2 tea spoons of peanut butter.
Lunch 1 cup of jasmine rice, 4 o.z of lean meat, half a cup of vegetables. 1 digestive, 1 superslim, 2 vitamins
Evening snack was 4o.z of lean meat, and veggies.
I work evenings so I had my supergreens in the evening at 6pm with the berry blast for energy. I always add two drops of Lemon oil. Starting this challenge I would break out around my chin area and after these 8 weeks my skin has cleared up. I have more energy, my core is stronger. The digestives enzymes are my favorite I don't feel bloated anymore and I most few inches off my stomach. My lower back is slimmer, and I am happy that my legs are more defined and thicker.
Dinner 1 cup of Jasmine rice, and avocado, 4 o.z of lean meat. Of course I will not forget my 1 digestive, 2 vitamins and 1 superslim.
One repair before bedtime which is pass midnight with my work schedule. Rome wasn't built in a day ready for round two!!
