el día de hoy termina mi Reto, ha sido una magnífica experiencia que me ayudó mucho a recobrar mi salud física después de un capítulo de salud grave que me llevó a estar mal durante casi 4 meses.
Con los suplementos y los aceites cada vez me fui sintiendo mejor, con más fuerza y menos cansancio, y la función intestinal mejoró mucho.
por las mañanas me tomo mi agua tibia con el aceite de limón y dos cápsulas de Yor shape.
a las 8 de la mañana mi porción de great greens.
a las 9 de la mañana mi malteada Yor Shake de chocolate.
