Hola, mi nombre es Valeria Reyes. Soy de Tlaxca, tengo 19 años. Soy estudiante de psicología en línea y enfermeria.
Bueno en estas ocho semanas logré bajar ocho kilos, casi fue pura suplementación, ya que por mis estudios no tenia mucho tiempo para hacer ejercicio.
En las mañanas tomaba una taza de agua tibia con una gota de aceite de limón, o en su caso limón normal, media hora despues me tomaba una medida de super green en un cuarto de litro de agua y una vitamiana.
Por las tardes antes o después de comer me tomaba una capsula digestiva, en caso de que llegara a ir a zumba me tomaba una capsula de yor shape. Por último en la noche me tomaba una medida de malteada.
