Hola, me llamo Eduardo he sido por lo general gordo hasta hace 2 años que baje de peso considerablemente pero también han sido 2 años de subir y baja, con la incertidumbre constante de pesar lo mas de 100 kg que pesaba a finales del 2013, me uní al reto con el sueño de poder consolidad mi peso ideal a través de la disciplina y constancia que como todo sistema requiere para obtener resultados, ahora después de 8 semanas estoy contento de los resultados obtenidos me quedo con las ganas de ir por el reto fitness después de ver los resultados, creo que ya soy un ganador al igual que los otros competidores desde el momento en que elegimos vivir mejor salud,gané el saber que si puedo, gane mejor condición física, gané mejor apariencia física, lo único que perdí que no me arrepiento es peso, lo que esperaba perder en estas 8 semanas y así fue ahora con ayuda de todo ustedes espero continuar soñando y ganar el reto fitness
