Mas alla del cambio fisico externo que se pueda evidenciar a traves de las fotos, es el bienestar interno el intangible el que ha cambiado mi vida con los productos de yor health. Fue despues de probar yor digest y de mejorar mi digestion y salud en general que decidi darle una oportunidad al reto y probar algunos otros de sus productos.
Al iniciar el reto pesaba aproximadamente entre 78 y 80 kgs, queria bajar un poco de grasa y retomar el ejercicio que abandone hace un par de años y los resultados han sido asombrosos nunca crei que vovleria tan pronto a encontrar mi forma fisica y mucho menos que bajaria 6 kgs ni quemaria tanta grasa.
Use en este periodo Yor shake, supergreens, Digest, esto en las primeras 4 semanas del reto y para las segundas 4 semanas incorpore tambien el Shape, el Repair y el agua con aceite esencial de limon o toronja.
realmente no me ejercite en exceso, hacia yoga en promedio 4 horas a la semana y en el ultimo mes un par de horas de natacion y otro par de horas de bicicleta eliptica, por semana.
