Mi peso inicial fue de 151kg y mi peso final del reto de 8 semanas es de 145kg; los productos YorHerth utilizados fueron Digest una vez al día, Yor Shape 2 por la mañana y dos a medio día, Super Greens en ayunas junto con la fibra, después de una hora tome la Yor Shake, lo anterior en cuanto a suplementos, en lo que se refiere a aceites esenciales utilice la mezcla metabólica tomada en ayunas; es de mencionarse que el único ejercicio que realice fue caminar 30min diarios por lesión que tengo en mi espalda, rodilla izquierda y el sobrepeso.
