Mi peso inicial fue de 80kg y mi peso final del reto de 8 semanas es de 76kg; los productos YorHerth utilizados fueron Digest una vez al día, Yor Shape una por la mañana y una a medio día, Super Greens en ayunas junto con la fibra, después de una hora tome la Yor Shake, lo anterior en cuanto a suplementos, en lo que se refiere a aceites esenciales utilice la mezcla metabólica tomada en ayunas; es de mencionarse que no realice ejercicio alguno.
