I have always wanted to build my legs and booty, and get really lean but I was never sure what extra nutrition or exercise i would need. I realised at the Great Barrier Reef Retreat at 62.2kg that the Christmas weight was going no where, and i was going backwards.
I read up on the Go Green Intermittent Fasting program, bought the YOR Amino Hydrate and Greatful protein to help build muscle and decided to commit to it for the 8 week challenge!
I started with the greens, fiber and aminos every mid-morning with a drop of Bare lemon Essential Oil for added detox and even yummier taste. I then had a Greatful protein smoothie made with Almond milk, a banana, cacao and honey with lunch. After finding this recipe I am practically addicted so started having another post workout in the afternoons or if it got too late I would substitute dinner with one adding more Fiber Plus. Sometimes adding some Bare Peppermint essential oil for a different flavour. I had a YOR Digest Ultra with every meal - at first i was forgetting here and there but with more protein in my diet I noticed bloating and digestion slowing down - I stopped forgetting right away!!
I was doing Bootcamp every Sunday, 2 squat sessions a week and 1 arm/back session a week. There were days I was so sore and felt like giving up - but i never lost site of my goals and started the YOR Repair for better recovery and kept moving forward.
I have build so much determination and self belief from doing this challenge. My legs look incredible and I've lost 2.9kg but more so at least a few % body fat. I couldn't have done it without the challenge keeping me accountable, the right nutrition or the added digestive support, so thank you YOR Health for helping me believe in myself again and look so great.
