Hola que tal, la vdd yo pense que no estaba tan mal de cuerpo y al tomarte las fotos me sorprendi...mi peso en ese entonces era de casi 67 kilos, comenze tomando todo..malteada 3 veces al dia, super green de snack.. ademas de las vitaminas, enzimas y reparador.. durante estas 8 semanas nunca estuve de mal humor por falta de alguna vitamina o por mala nutricion, el ejercicio se hizo un habito de todos los dias y unicamente descansaba el fin de semana, termino mi ciclo con 60.5 kgs..logre bajar en total casi 6.
