To lose weight and be healthy is not just all about the physical appearance but also because we have many loved ones to still make many memories with. In order to make those memories that had yet to come we need to take care of ourselves and be healthy. The products that I had utilized was the super slim, probiotic ultra, digest ultra, yor fiber, and yor shake. I even took an extra 30 min of lunch every day at work so I can hit the free gym. Great perks! Even tho I didn't lose as much as I wanted I get compliments from coworkers, friends, and family. That's all that really count and motivates me to be more discipline the next 8 week challenge.
