Estoy super conteto de haber logrado un gran avance en este reto, porque ademas de los 4 kilos menos que tenía, logré bajar esa "pancita" que me cuesta demasiado por mi limitante de no poder trotar, por una ernia de disco en la zona lumbar, lo cual, tambien me exige estar delgado, y eso dificil para alguien como yo que esta acostumbrado a comer en cantidades grandes, porque sabes que lo quemas con ejercicio.
