My weight was 219 lb, My final weight is 205 lbs.
Before taking YorHealth Products, I am just a regular college student who is going for their bachelor degree. I am always busy with school and work everyday and eat Instant ramen noodles or junk food to survive in college. I would tell myself that I wouldn't have time for the gym, but Waking up everyday, Looking in the mirror I would lie to myself that I would workout, but I knew that was never going to happen. I can tell that I wasn't happy and confident about my body image. I just was so insecure about my body. I would suck in my stomach all the time to feel good and happy, but I knew that sucking my stomach and telling myself to hit the gym is not going to help me unless I actually hit the gym.

I would take the product every morning, afternoon and during dinner with my personalized diet.
I dedicated almost 2 hours and 30 mins in the gym everyday including the weekends. I would do 1 hour cardio and then 30 mins stretching. After Stretching I would go to the lifting room and lift for about an hour or so. This was my daily Basic routine. I also had an Aerobic conditioning class too so that also help my workout routine even better.
The impact has been great! my face structure started to show a bit more. My stomach started to get smaller a bit. Thanks to the Yor Berry Blast, I had more energy. My digest system change quite a lot. I wasn't hungry much often as I was before.
