"Age Is Just A Number"

As far as I can remember growing up, I was not a fat kid, but I was never a skinny kid either. Although I was very athletic and played several sports like volleyball, soccer, and football I never really developed muscles the way I really wanted to. Then after marriage I begin gaining more weight than ever. I was eating normal and sometimes even starve myself, but my body was changing and I was getting tired a lot. I tried getting back into sports throughout my 30's to see if I can make some improvements on my health but it didn’t work.
Then 3 years ago, I went through a divorce. My life went from bad to worse and I felt even more miserable because it seems like nothing is going right. My depression got worse and I am still battling to lose weight. I was the heaviest I have even been in my life at 240lbs. All my friends encouraged me to go out and meet other people, but deep inside I knew that if I didn't improve myself first, it would be impossible for me to have the confidence to meet someone new. I lay back and watched my friends have fun and do things I only wish I could. I didn't feel good about myself at all. The worse feeling to have in the world is being lonely, sad, depressed and being overweight. I often felt worthless, unattractive, and didn't think anyone would even want to be with me.
One lonely Friday night, while I was watching a movie called, "Kites". I noticed the actor was a very muscular and good looking guy. I thought to myself, "I wish there was a way I can transform my body to look like that". This was the breaking point to the start of my transformation. The next day, I went out and bought a pull up bar, a mat, resistance band and some dumb bells and began looking up exercise routines online. I started in my living room, then after a month gone by, I sign up with a gym and began more intensive exercises using heavier weights. I worked out about 6 days a week at 2.5 hours a day. I knew I had to stay consistent so I posted a photo of a muscular guy from a body building magazine and taped it to my mirror so that every day I wake up and see it, I can stay motivated.
After 9 months I was beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, so I continued my training up until I met my girlfriend Tina last year. I moved to Minnesota and we are now married. We both train hard and motivate each other every day. One day she introduced me to Nyia and the Yor products. She thought we should give it a try. After meeting with Nyia we decided to try it. We bought the package to do the Yorbestbody challenge. During my challenge I train about 6 days a week @2.5 hours per day alternating with high interval exercises. I really enjoy all the Yor products. I take the shakes twice a day, and maintain healthy meals and snacks while taking my nutrition pills daily. My favorite is the Ultra Digest because it has really helped keep the bloating away. Thumbs up!!!
I think that doing the challenge has really helped me maintain an even healthier life style then I was currently doing. Preventive health is important to me and I believe that understanding how your body works as well as using the right Yor nutritional supplements to support it is diffidently KEY to looking shred, stay healthy while shedding the FAT away.
Since doing the challenge, I now weigh in at 197lbs., got more shredded and added about 2 inches of muscles on my biceps, shoulders, chest and back. I'm 42 years old now, and I look better than I did at 30. I plan to continue using Yor products to look even better. With regular exercise and Yor Health on my side, "age just a number".
