Hiya, I am 37 years old and needed a change in my life! Cue YOR health and go green. I have always wanted to get back to a healthy body weight. I have not been in the eighty kg region since I was 19yrs old. My goal was to lose 10kg and I managed to lose 12kg. The only exercise I did was mainly walking and hula hooping. I really wanted to see if the go green challenge could deliver on losing weight without hitting it hard at the gym. It did without a doubt succeed. The products I mainly used was the go green cleanse.

I would have my Super Greens, Fibre Ultra, Berry Blast and Probiotics as soon as I wake. Understanding the importance of letting the body rest and fasting until midday, the products would immediately absorb and be used as my source of energy in the morning.

Lunch I would have a healthy meal along with my Digestive Ultra to help break down and absorb the nutrients.

Before training I would have my Amino Acid and the Vegan Protein shake after to begin the body’s process of repairing.

Dinner, I would again have something healthy and ensure I have my digestive Ultra with it.

It is just that simple and easy!

I found the first week to be the hardest trying to adjust. But found it over all very easy. There is no reason to look back now. I see this as a lifestyle change for the better and will continue to just keep doing it as it has had great results for me. I may now hit the gym to tone up a little and enter the sculpt challenge next… Mauri ora!
