I have started many 8 week challenges over the last 3 years but this is the first one I've completed! And, now that I've done it, I am sure it will not be the last!
I have been using the YOR Health supplement range for almost 4 years now and they have changed my health and life for the better in various ways, which I won't go in to here.
I am currently training at a Shaolin Kung Fu martial arts school in Henan Province, China. I am learning Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and also refreshing my Chinese language skills.
This is a very intense environment. I train for 4 hours in the morning before lunch, study Chinese for 3 hours in the afternoon, and then use the 'free training' time in the evening after dinner to practice and study some more. That's 6 days a week.. Sunday I have off.
I have used this particular 8 week challenge to keep me focused on some goals here in at the martial arts training school. Particularly some strength, flexibility, and food goals. The diet here has been my biggest challenge so far as I am fed 3 times a day by the school so there is minimal choice. Unfortunately for me, I find that the diet is not particularly suited to my taste preferences or my body most of the time. This leaves me with very high carb options at most meal times - white buns. And I also have had the challenge as a great reason to not eat all the cookies, chips, and chocolates that are sold in the school shop!
For the last 8 weeks I have used the YOR Shake and YOR Supergreens as my staple, twice a day - mid morning and mid afternoon. I have used YOR digest to help me with the high carb meals, and the YOR Repair to keep my muscles recovering as quickly as possible overnight so they can go again the next day. I feel that these has made a huge impact on my training and energy levels over the last 8 weeks.
For about 3 weeks out of the 8, I was sick and had a few minor injuries and couldn't train at my best, which I found frustrating. Normally I would have given up but I had told my group here at the school about this 8 week challenge so I was motivated to just keep doing what I could in those weeks and ended up hitting some of my strength and flexibility goals - specifically around push-ups and doing the splits!!
Overall, I am thrilled to have completed the challenge this time. That's just a great feeling in itself. It's been a good exercise to go through the process and try to keep focused for a certain period of time. I can't really see much of a difference in my body transformation which is a little disappointing (understandable though because of the diet) but I can really feel the change in my fitness, strength, flexibility and general energy levels.
I am already looking forward to the next one!

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
