M U S T R E A D

This 8 Week Challenge that I have just completed was very different from the last one, as I really tested the boundaries on what was possible on the YOR Health Supplements.

My partner had booked a surprise holiday for us to Fiji for around 10 days and you better believe she had also booked the buffet breakfasts too!

The challenge started out well as I was aiming to better my last 8 Week Challenge’s pictures, for the most part I followed the same regimen. SEE BELOW

Once I had gotten to Fiji it was a non-stop food fest, in the beginning this was a very bad thing as many of the food there did not agree with me and I really think I would’ve gotten sick if it weren’t for the YOR Health Supplements feeding me the nutrients I was missing and balancing the health of my gut and eliminating the hidden nasties in the food which we could not see!

The first few days we went with what we thought was safe, pizza, burgers, fries and all the other western style meals and I’m thankful to say that I did not see the results from the poor meal choices immediately and I believe all the way DEEP down to my core that the YOR Health Supplements kept me from feeling the real brunt of the poor meal choices.

The last 4 or 5 days of the trip we had found an incredible restaurant that served fresh fish caught straight from the ocean every day prepared any way you like. The breakfast buffet had an incredible hidden omelette bar that I found and cherished and our room service even though super expensive had really great quality food! So we capitalised on it as you can imagine hahaha

Thanks to YOR Health and their incredible, high quality, high potency products I was able to lose another 1.2 KILOGRAMS while on holiday and come in looking mean for this 8 Week Challenge!

Regimen:

Morning
1x Scoop Super Greens
1.5x Scoop Fibre Plus
1x Drop of Lemon Oil (alternating every 2 or 3 days)
1x Sachet of Berry Blast on days I needed a good kick in the bum to get me going!
3x Super Slim Capsules if I was working out that morning

Lunch
1x Digest Ultra with the first meal of the day, sometimes 2x depending on how, not so healthy, the meal was

Dinner
