My name is Mason and this is the second time I have attempted the yor health best body challenge.

I hated my body before. I was so uncomfortable and I couldn't fit into any of my clothes...especially my jeans.

I took the challenge because I believed in the products and at 26 years of age, I felt that it was now or never.

My changes are huge! People are noticing the difference and are asking about the products. I've already recommended it to 2 people! I can fit into all of my clothes and i'm so confident in reaching my goal weight of 78kg, muscles and toned!

The your health products I used are: protein powders, digestive ultra, probiotics, super slim tablets, essential vitamins, fiber plus, berry boost, go green powder, go green protein, and lemon oil.

I exercised 3-4 times a week. Didn't go too hard as I wanted for my body to adapt and didn't want to overkill myself so I can avoiding giving up. I can run so much faster now and have joined a boxing gym too!

Right now I feel amazing. I'm still not at my best complete body that I want, but I am definitely on my way. I can't wait to keep dropping the weight and prove to everyone how incredible these products are.
