My name is Ana Johnson and I'm 39 years old . I have 4 kids.Before the Challenge, I ate any kind of foods and bad eating habits. I considered my self a garbage disposal .I love my bread and coffee. I didn't really eat my vegetables. I didn’t know how to portion control. I Gain ed weight after I had my kids and did't realized how bad I let my self go. I felt lazy and tired all the time and with no energy. I realize I had to make a change; I wanted to feel good about myself , feel healthy, and feel sexy again for my self. Once I join the 8 week challenge there was no going back and had to do this for my self . I started the challenge at 148 lbs. My goal was to lose 23 lbs, I lost total of 13 lbs but I'm not stopping until I reach my goal. After taking the products within 2-3 days I felt different. I had more energy than ever. I always drink coffee and bread every morning but every since I started the challenge. I have not touched coffee and bread . Also I had a sweet tooth. I don't even crave it. I replaced with berry blast and SuperGreens in the morning. I used Yorshake in the morning for breakfast and lunch, I ate dinner in the evening and I worked out only for 30 minutes everyday at night. I'm now able to fit into my size 6 pants. I want to keep going feel better about myself. I was able to eat healthier and portion control and I stay away from bread and sweets witch I thought it would be hard for me not to eat . I didn’t think it was possible, I am very happy with my results and I feel much healthier, energetic, happier, and feel sexy .
