I have tried so many things in the past to lose weight. I would get mad and feel frustrated for not being able to lose a single pound! I tried to put on beautiful clothes but they never fit me well and I hate it. I started to workout every single day and I started to lift weight. In doing so, I wasn't able to lose weight. I just wanted to give up.
