Hello everyone, I am super excited to share with you all to what YOR Health has been able to help me. First of, I am blessed and thankful for YOR Health and my amazing coaches for their guidance and patience. I am truly amazed with the products because with it, I am one step closer reaching my ultimate health goals.

Growing up, my friends and families see me as this "athletic" girl. Being "athletic" does not necessarily mean "I have a beach body." I wish, but playing sports was a way for me to stay healthy. Everyone has their own insecurities and it doesn't matter who you are. My goals is to get rid of my muffin top, have my obliques lines appear, and them glutes toned up.

When I first started the challenge I weigh 139 lbs. My weight was fluctuating from 135-133 lbs. after two to three weeks in the challenge. Then I decided to change up the routine for last three weeks of the challenge. Of the last three weeks, I stop eating after 10pm. In the morning I would take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 YOR Repair Ultra and breakfast I would only drink my 2 scoops of YOR Supergreens with berry blast. At 1pm I would take blend 1/2 of blueberries with 2 scoops of YOR Vanilla Shake, 2 ice cubes, and 12 oz. of water. After the shake I take 1 YOR Essential Vitamin. Throughout the day I would munch on raw fruits and veggies. At 5pm, I take 1 superslim 15-30 minutes before my meal. I basically eat whatever that is not greasy or high in fats following with 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 1 YOR Essential vitamin. At 9pm I take another 2 scoops of YOR Supergreens with 12 oz. of ice cold water. Then right before bed, I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Repair Ultra.

In the past, I would workout 3-4 days a week for 1-2 hours at the gym, meal prep, and count calories. In one month I was only able to lose 3 pounds the most, yet, my obliques was not showing and my glutes showed no difference. All of that hard work, I was not even close to where I wanted to be. But with the YOR Health products I was able to see results within a week by doing 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Time each night, therefore, I was able to lose 3 lbs in my first week. It's crazy!!! Not only that, but the YOR Repair Ultra is my best friend post workout. I noticed I usually cramp during workouts or get super sore the next day, but with the Repairs I am able to continue my workout routine like a Champ.

Today my obliques are showing, abs are forming, glutes are transforming, lost about 2% body fat, and getting shredder than ever! Thank you to my friend who introduced me to this amazing community, my coaches and YOR Health because without YOR Health today I would be have lost the motivation and confidence in my body and probably be 20 lbs heavier.
