Mi Nombre es Carlos A. Reynoso Mtz. Y acabo de cumplir con el reto de 8 semanas en las cuales pude tener muy Buenos resultados gracias a Yor Healt y la motivación del reto.

Yo commence el Reto por un amigo que me invito justo en una etapa muy dificil para mi,ya que acaba de terminar una relación sentimental la cual me tenia en estado depresivo y decidi tomar el reto como terapia y como un reto personal para poder sentirme mejor y cumplir la meta y sentirme mejor fisica y mentalmente. Ya que cambié también los vicios del cigarro,cerveza y mala alimentación por una vida más saludable, sin excesos y teniendo una vida más equilibrada y sana.

Ahora que veo los resultados después de 8 semanas,sigo motivado a continuar con este estilo de vida ya que me siento excelentemente bien y quiero seguir creciendo tanto en lo físico como en lo personal.
