Hola, soy Rodrigo Flores, tengo 34 años y este es mi cuarto Reto de 8 semanas.

La suplementación:
En Ayunas 2 gotas de Bare Oil de limón con aloe vera y clorofila.
1 hora después: Te verde y/o café.
Primer ingesta (después de la respectiva ventana de ayuno) : súper greens con Yor Shake.
Comida variado con alto contenido de proteína (carnes rojas, pollo, pescado) acompañado de 1 Digest, y 2 Shape.
Cena abundante con atún y/o pollo, verduras y carbohidratos de lenta absorción (papa) acompañado de 2 Vitamin, Digest, 2 Repair y 1 Shape.
De aquí empieza la venta de ayuno de 12, 14 o 16 horas (dependiendo de la semana).
En cuanto a la rutina de ejercicio, (acompañado de 2 scups de Muscle Energy): 1:20 hrs. efectivas de ejercicio diario durante 5 días promedio a la semana en trabajo de pesas.
