Holaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
estoy mas que feliz por haber terminado ya mi 3er ciclo consecutivo en la categoria de adelgazar, estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados que he obtenido, para este ciclo mi meta era bajar un kg mas y definir mas mi cintura, como aun no pude hacer ejercicio debido a una operacion reciente que tuve, trate de cuidar mi alimentacion, aunque debo confesar que aveces me daba mis antojos pero eso si los productos de Yor Health siempre estaban presentes en mi dieta.
implemente todos los productos desde los probioticos al iniciar mi dia, mrp, fibra, supergreens y berry blast como mi desayuno y cena.
ya habia logrado bajar 6kg, 10cm de cintura y 6cm de abdomen anteriormente en los ciclos pasados, y el poder mantenerme aun en mi peso de 57kg ha sido lo maximo, porque anteriormente talvez con dietas o ejercicio lograba bajar hasta 5kg pero nunca logrababa mantenerme, y ver como ahora por 6 meses he podido lograr estar en ese peso sin mucho esfuerzo ha sido lo maximo, ademas de que me siento mas segura con mayor autoestima y mucho mas guapa.
