Hey my names Rory. I'm 27, I've always been a big boy but due to unfortunate circumstances I have put on a bit more weight then I have wanted. The past 3 months I haven't been able to do much as I torn 2 major tendons in my ankle which restricted me a lot.
So I spoke to a couple of mates that are on/have done the program and told me to give it a go ??
I went straight out and brought the go green to try and lose about 20kgs the right way.
I don't exercise much as I don't get a lot of time. My work is pretty full on as I deliver plaster and drive a truck for a living. The only other means of exercise I get is playing basketball.
Starting this diet hopefully will change things mentally and physically as I'm hoping to stick to it and eat proper foods.
Thanks for reading and vote for me I guess ????
