¡Hola! Mi nombre es Eduardo Anguiano Aponte, y desde siempre he tenido asuntos con mi peso, viajo constantemente y suelo comer mucho en la calle, eso determina una pésima alimentación y consecuente sobrepeso.
Decidí entrar al reto al darme cuenta que ya estaba en el umbral de la obesidad., dolores constantes de espalda y una fatiga que me acompañaba a todos lados.
Utilicé toda la línea de nutrición Yor Health, no con constancia, pero la malteada y enzimas fueron mis favoritas.
Inicié el ejercicio las últimas semanas del reto y el balance que he encontrado ha sido lo mejor.
