I am very excited to be writing this today! My name is Alexandra and I turned 30 earlier this year :)
I have completed this challenge a couple of times before, and have seen great results, but this time around I decided to kick it up a notch and took it to a whole other level! As my original goal states I wanted to build muscle and lean out in preparation for a fitness competition, ... and I did it!! I competed in 2 different fitness competitions this weekend and had great results in both, but most importantly I feel amazing...physically and mentally! It wasn't an easy journey, but I never expected it to be that ;)
This time around I upped my training, so I was doing morning weight training 5 times a week, and cardio gradually increased from 20 minutes post workout, to every day twice a day closer to comp day. Now due note, that that's what worked for me, it doesn't mean that it'll be the same for everyone... my training partner, for example, had a completely different routine when it came to cardio :)

The YOR health supplements were incredibly good to have along the journey! I have my YOR Super Greens every day upon waking up to help me get the nutrients I need to get through the day. During the day, I take a YOR Digest Ultra with my meals, which helps break down the food, absorb as many nutrients from it as my body could and prevents me from feeling bloated after. On top of that I take YOR Essential Vitamins every day with my lunch to get a few extra vitamins and minerals my body needs. And I always end my day with one YOR Probiotics Ultra and two YOR Repair Ultra right before I go to bed to improve my gut health and help my muscles recover faster and not be as sore, so I can function throughout the days to follow ;)

Throughout the challenge, besides training and consistently using the products, I kept a really clean and regulated meal plan with a couple of treats along the way. Thanks to the challenge and my goal I didn't have as many cravings and had more motivation to stay clean and healthy. This challenge has really helped me stick to my goals and reach them! I have never regretted a training session! ;) My final weight is 50kg! ... and I can definitely say that I have achieved my goals in regards to the preparation for the fitness competition!

The challenge has helped me settle into a good consistent training routine as well as healthy eating habits and after seeing the results I'm determined to keep going! I've been using YOR Health products for a couple of years now and find them as a norm in my daily routine. They help me stay consistently healthy and feeling great everyday! My body has clearly changed physically, but I also feel better mentally as well as on the inside (gut health and metabolism - check!) I feel more energized, healthier and happier!!
