Este es mi segundo reto ya que con el primero me emocioné con los resultados y ahora en este mucho más ya que lo hice con DetoxLB con ayuno de 14 horas
Note niveles de energía mucho mayores cada día que me permitieron realizar todas mis actividades sin sentirme cansado

Para lograr los resultados rompía el ayuno con Super Greens y a la media hora Shake con fibra
Después una primer comida con digest al iniciar con algún cárnico o huevo y vegetales / verduras (lechuga, espinaca, aguacate, jitomate, nopales, champiñones, germinado, etc.)y 3 essential vitamin
De 2 a 4 veces por semana asistí al GYM a hacer cardio y algo de pesas donde me tomaba berry blast antes del entrenamiento y sake 10 minutos después de haber finalizado
Ya para la noche y cerrar ventana una cena basta con otro cárnico verduras, tortilla, jamón, tocino, aguacate, queso manchego o de plano unos buenos tacos al pastor, de suedero o costilla bien merecidos
Ese régimen siempre y cuando estuviera en CDMX
En los viajes continué con las 14 horas de ayuno y abrir ventana con s greens y después shake y tratando de comer lo mejor posible
Durante el ayuno agua con aceites de toronja, limón, limoncillo y jengibre
