I was introduced to the YOR Health from my good friend and YOR Health Promoter Mike Peterson. When learning about the products i was very intrigued and very skeptical. But after some long debates and a long sit down with Mike, i thought why not give it a try it was time for a change inside and out.

I decided to give the Intermittent Fasting/Go green cleanse a shot. Which involved fasting for 16 hours a day.

Prior to starting this i was already going to the gym and doing weights only 3-4 times a week.

Once i started, I did Weights 3 days a week and 20-30min cardio 5 days a week.

Schedule/Routine as follows
5:30am YOR SHAKE (Greens/BerryBlast/Fibre/Lemon Oil)
6:00am Gym (During my workout i would drink BCAAS)
11:00am Protein Shake (only on weight days)
12:30pm Lunch (consisting of Lean protein/carbs/fats)
+ Digest
6:00pm Dinner (consisting of Lean protein/carbs/fats)
+ Digest
9:00pm Probiotic

Results so far
My starting weight was 104.4kgs
my current weight is 96kgs

I am very amazed with the weight loss i have achieved in this 8 weeks, but was has amazed me even more is how good i feel on the inside. My energy levels are through the roof, Im going to the toilet regulary, no bloating after eating, and just overall feel great.

And One of the best parts of this is not having to be obsessed with what foods I'm eating and counting calories etc.

I've always been about looking good on the outside, no matter what it took, neglecting my inner health. However getting everything working good and feeling good on the inside has resulted in much better gains/results and overall energy and happiness. Not to mention my girlfriend and I are expecting out first child in October :):):):):):):)
