Today is Fitness Friday!! And I completed my 2nd cycle of the Yorbestbody 8 week challenge! I love the results so far!! 8 weeks ago I had no abs definition and now they're popping out! My back definition is amazing, I feel healthier and leaner then ever, even though I was in Miami that didn't hold me back and still stay consisted!.

My initial goal was to gain 9lbs and make it to 200lbs even! However I didn't know I had some fat on me! And lost 12lb in 8 weeks, now I'm 179lbs! I can't believe it!

This could of never have been done without the challenge, the motivation of the community and all the people who have join the challenge kept me going! The products are a must!! The best nutrition in the world!! Love my enzymes, my shakes, complete burn, super greens, berry blast and so on! Kept me energize and feeling amazing all through out the way!

I also incorporated exercises and eating healthy in my diet!! I worked out at least 2-4 times a week. My routines where, Monday - Chest & Arms. Tuesday - Back & Triceps. Wednesday - Shoulders. Thursday - Legs. Friday - If i went on friday, i would do any, free style.

Eating habits where things like Fish, Salmon, Tilapia, Breast Chicken, Sweet potato, Broccoli, Brown Rice, Water, Shakes, Mrs. Dash seansoning and this pretty much summed it up!

I want to say thank you Yor Health, thank you Yor best body for coming up with the 8 week challenge! Is the greatest program out there! Greatest time of 8 weeks anyone can do it, and lastly the best products and enzymes. Good luck everyone on your challenge but hopefully i'm the winner this time :)!!
